Quality Assurance Coordinator

VillageCare is a community-based, not-for-profit organization focused on enhancing health care services for individuals with chronic care needs. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will support the Business Operations and Quality Assurance team by conducting compliance audits and facilitating training sessions to ensure quality and compliance within the organization.

Performing detailed compliance audits to validate and facilitate timely submissions of critical data to both internal and external stakeholders
Identifying risks and gaps in quality and compliance, offering valuable recommendations for process improvements
Conducting education and training sessions with staff to enhance departmental compliance

Required

3+ years of compliance audit experience in healthcare
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or related field
