Responsibilities

Daily tasks include stocking items to Pyxis and supply carts, monitoring expiration dates on items, ensuring that patient rooms are properly stocked with supplies and linens, restocking supply rooms, maintaining a clean work environment and other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to identify clinical and environmental emergency/ urgent situations and to follow established procedures

Highly effective interpersonal communication skills to interact with inter-professional staff, patients, families, visitors and other hospital employees

General office, communication equipment, cleaning equipment, knowledge of keyboarding and basic Windows applications

Preferred

Knowledge of and familiarity with hospital equipment, supplied and procedures
