The Deployment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery and functionality of these systems, overseeing quality assurance processes, managing terminal inventory, and coordinating procurement of supplies.

Responsibilities

Working knowledge in all Terminal software
Troubleshoot download files as applicable
Purchase order placement
Hardware debit encryption
FutureX device maintenance
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Maintain up to date knowledge of current terminals, pin pads, check readers, etc
Maintain Salesforce SLA for Deployment and File Build
Handle program add-ons {check service, debit, EBT, gift cards, WEX, etc
Oversee the QC/QA process of daily deployments and file builds
Act as Liaison with Third Party equipment vendor
Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management

Required

Working knowledge of operations of relevant software, hardware and other related equipment
