Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures
Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment as required
Drive company vehicle to make local deliveries as needed
Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, storage, and cycle counting
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns
Support inventory counts, audits, and warehouse projects as needed
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and clear driving record required
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment post-offer criminal background check required
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Forklift certification preferred
Basic computer or handheld scanner experience preferred
