Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain high-performance marketing websites using Next.js and a headless CMS
Drive technical decision-making, establish coding standards, and promote best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable code
Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and participate in thorough code reviews
Ensure websites are responsive and perform well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Conduct performance testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and reliability
Integrate with databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL, RDS) to store and retrieve data as needed
Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep the web stack modern and effective
Partner with designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, interaction-first web experiences with marketing optimizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Break down requirements into clear tasks and estimate delivery timelines effectively
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a web developer
Proficiency in headless CMS and Next.js platforms, Javascript, React.js, Node.js and cloud technologies such as Lambda, EC2, Docker and API gateway
In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills, clearly articulate technical concepts, and resolve conflicts
Strong knowledge of Analytics integrations
Ability to work independently and across team time zones
