Responsibilities
Be accountable for agency service that exceeds the expectations of multiple clients through the ongoing delivery of your clients’ suite of high-value strategic services
Manage teams that deliver all projects and the holistic Evoke offering/experience in a clean and swift manner
Manage meaningful client relationships and agency partnerships at the senior level
Mentor and support account management team members and indirect reports
Identify staffing needs, understand talent-to-task needs, and spot weaknesses before they emerge as problems
Look for ways to better serve the client, grow their business, and grow Inizio Evoke's business
Ensure impeccable delivery of many large, high-value client initiatives
Work to exceed quarterly and yearly financial goals
Identify and act upon organic and greenfield growth opportunities
Manage/mentor mid-level and junior account team members
Utilize analytical skills to identify and understand implications from relevant marketing data and budgets and transform learnings into new opportunities and optimizations
Qualification
Required
12+ years experience in account management (general advertising or interactive advertising)
At least 8 years agency experience required
At least 8 years healthcare experience required
At least 5 years in a senior management role required
Identify and act upon organic and greenfield growth opportunities
Manage/mentor mid-level and junior account team members
Multichannel marketing experience
Professional and consumer marketing experience
Experience and history of success in pitching and closing new business
Analytical skills to identify and understand implications from relevant marketing data and budgets and transform learnings into new opportunities and optimizations
