Parts Administrator
CEC Entertainment is a leader in family dining and entertainment, operating Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza. They are seeking a Parts Administrator to manage parts orders, conduct inventory, and support corporate objectives in their Warehouse Center.

Responsibilities
Perform all duties and responsibilities with a friendly sense of urgency in support of our corporate objectives, including: "If you are not serving the Guest, serve someone who is."
Pull and ship parts orders to field restaurant locations
Conduct parts inventory
Prepare backorder report
Update pricing lists
Bill service invoices
Code invoices and match to Purchase Orders
Follow up on supply orders
Communicate with vendors as necessary
Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or member of the Corporate Management team
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
2+ years of Warehouse or Fulfillment experience
Exceptional customer service skills to support Warehouse and restaurant locations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be detailed orientated, self-motivated, and can take initiative
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with MS Office
Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance
