Learn the operational and strategic essentials of managing an insurance agency
Keep updated on insurance industry trends and Farmers Insurance products
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear desire for ownership
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
Preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory
