Responsibilities
Lead the financial strategy of a growing aerospace manufacturer
Oversee all financial and accounting functions while helping shape the company’s financial direction
Financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Month-end close, financial reporting, KPIs, and compliance
AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, payroll oversight
Bank covenant monitoring and owner reporting
Risk management and internal controls
M&A financial integration support
Leadership of customer service and administrative functions
Acting as HR Generalist in partnership with external HR support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Strong experience with month-end close, forecasting, and compliance
Ability to communicate confidently with executives and owners
Self-motivated, ethical, analytical, and detail-driven
