2+ years expFedEx Supply Chain is a logistics company seeking a Production Coordinator to monitor workflow and compile production reports. The role involves analyzing inventory, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders while promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Analyze inventory for raw and finished goods to ensure all available product is processed
Research and resolve WMS/EPIC inventory discrepancies; recommend solutions
Monitor workflow and report issues to the Department Supervisor
Compile and distribute production reports for build plans and daily metrics
Create production and shipping & receiving reports for daily management review
Communicate manual shipments to management and coordinate product preparation and shipment
Meet or exceed all reporting KPIs and SLAs as defined by company and customer standards
Perform workflow testing
Review and document changes to process maps to support internal and customs client requirements
Maintain strong communication with internal/external customers, vendors, and employees
Promote continuous improvement and adhere to quality guidelines to achieve goals
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines
Assist with organizing and maintaining special project initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2--4 years of shipping or receiving experience in a logistics environment
3 years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with emphasis on shipping, order maintenance, receiving, and exceptions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to document process maps to support internal and customs client requirements
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Ability to read, write, and interpret information
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Oracle experience preferred
