The Programmer Analyst must ensure that our system meets all Corporate policies as they relate to system security, licensing
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
3-5 years of IT and business experience in information technology area, production support, database design, development and performance tuning, development and implementation of a variety of computer projects
Experience with integrated relational database management system (Oracle) is required including dimensional data models and report modeling
3-5 years experience across multiple hardware and software platforms
Knowledge and experience in new computing architectures and network computer protocol structures emphasizing the UNIX system
Solid knowledge of SDLC
Proficient in Unix Scripting
Proficient in COBOL
Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL
Preferred
JAVA
OpenText Exstream development
QA/Testing experience
Bill Presentment and Billing experience
