Responsibilities
Work as part of a team in support of a paper manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste
Disassembly and reassembly of paper machine rolls, including being responsible for the installation of bearings
Ability to use mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or GED
Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must have valid current driver's license
Mounting and dismounting bearings with an SKF certification
Must have category 1 and 2 vibration analysis certifications (Mobius Institute)
Must have solid knowledge of pulp/paper, plastics, printing and packaging industries
Familiarity of several O.E.M. rollers. Valmet, Voith, Beloit, Fabio Perini, PCMC, Andritz
