OPCO Skilled Management is a hospice agency seeking an Office Coordinator to provide administrative support for efficient operations. The role involves managing confidential materials, organizing communication, and performing various clerical tasks to assist managers and employees.

Census list (daily)
IDG Open and closing
Filing
Scan and upload
Prepare CC folders
Prepare Admission binders
Primary phones
Referral processing/tracking using checklist
Admission emails to facilities along with all admission paperwork/DNR
Discharge emails to facilities
Staffing agency visit uploads if needed
Bereavement (clerical duties)
MESAVs to facilities monthly-Copy to Administrator
OIG/NAR/EMR monthly checks
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech
Preferred
Hospice experience as a nurse aide or medical assistant
