Staff Accountant

Entry LevelAccruePartners is seeking a staff-level accountant to provide immediate finance support during a team transition. This role will help maintain continuity across day-to-day accounting activities while partnering closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day AP/AR activities, including invoice processing, AR vouching, and cash application as needed
Prepare check runs and assist with payment processing, documentation, and reconciliations
Conduct customer outreach and follow up on past-due invoices to support timely collections
Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries and supporting basic account reconciliations
Qualification
Required
Staff-level accounting experience with hands-on AR/AP responsibilities
Experience working in an ERP/accounting system
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment during a transition
Ability to start ASAP and successfully complete a background check and drug screen prior to starting
Preferred
JobBOSS experience strongly preferred
CSI SiteLine exposure is a plus
