The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing masonry projects from award through final closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Responsibilities
Lead project startup: estimator handoff, scope review, buyout, Requests for Information (RFI), submittals, budgets, Schedule of Value (SOV) setup
Manage procurement, purchase orders, and material/equipment deliveries
Conduct foreman handoff and provide ongoing field support
Oversee schedules, manpower planning, productivity, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and safety compliance
Maintain project documentation: drawings, Change Order Requests (COR), billings, cost tracking, and financial projections
Handle change orders, client communication, meetings, and reporting
Manage monthly billing and percent-complete tracking
Complete project closeout documents
Qualification
Required
2+ years in commercial construction (masonry experience preferred)
Ability to read drawings, specs, and blueprints
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, CAD, or Tradesmen's
Degree in Construction Management is a plus
