Responsibilities
Work from engineering drawings and documented work instructions to produce components according to established specifications
Assist with standard machine set-ups and help maintain stable operating conditions
Monitor production and make basic machine or tooling adjustments to support quality and requirements for the job
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, verniers, leak-check equipment, and visual assessments to verify part integrity and compliance
Contribute to process consistency by utilizing quantitative charting techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Use basic computer skills to complete labor transactions and other required system entries
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in manufacturing or quality preferred, but not necessary - we'll train you!
