Analyst, Global Procurement Applications

The Procurement Operations Analyst will support the Hilton Supply Management team by managing user inquiries, assisting in spend management, and leading training sessions for internal team members.

Responsibilities

Manage support inbox to respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues
Assist internal team members in managing their spend and suppliers
Train users in the procure-to-pay process
Maintain training materials and host office hour sessions
Create reports to provide to Senior Leadership
Join internal working sessions to keep track of team projects and goals
Host weekly office hours and lead training sessions
Create and update training documentation

Qualification

Procurement experienceMicrosoft Excel proficiencyCoupa experienceSalesforce experienceHospitality industry experienceVirtual training sessionsCollaboration with corporate clients

Required

One (1) year of procurement experience
One (1) year of experience working in a business setting or collaborating with corporate clients
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience leading/hosting virtual training sessions
Travel up to 10% (if applicable)

Preferred

Coupa experience
Salesforce experience
Hospitality industry experience
