Responsibilities
Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and management for federal contracts
Manage compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR/EAR regulations
Support proposal development including pricing and risk analysis
Interface with contracting officers, program managers, and legal teams
Provide strategic guidance on contracts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
4-8+ years in contracts management, procurement, or legal support roles
5+ years negotiating and managing US Government/DoD contracts
Expertise in USG procurement regulations and contract negotiation processes
Strong understanding of government IP/software and data rights clauses
Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills
