Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing new clients into the training program
You will be making outbound calls to prospects from our inbound lead sources
Conducting outbound calls to qualify leads
Setting qualified appointments with our advisors
Tracking your pipeline of people who were not ready to be set on the first call
Attend daily Sales Team meetings/trainings
Updating CRM (Client Relationship Manager) with notes and correlating data from sales calls and managing your own pipeline

Required

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership and responsibility for your own growth and productivity, but still want to operate within the structure and collaboration of a team environment to achieve company goals

You are a strong communicator and are able to listen and respond flexibly to prospects and peers in an objective, efficient, and professional manner
You are able to assess a prospect's current situation and present appropriate recommendations based on their needs
You understand that to be a top performer and earner you will have to work hard and learn quickly
