Responsibilities
Enter and maintain interface records in ServiceNow based on design documentation and requests
Update existing interface data as needed due to QA findings, decommissions, or revisions
Run reports and ensure adherence to naming conventions and status standards
Collaborate with architects and developers to clarify interface details
Maintain organized records of revisions and documentation
Qualification
Required
1+ years knowledge of HL7v2 and SFTP interfaces
1+ years experience with Google Suite and LucidChart
1+ years of interface-related experience preferred
Preferred
Familiarity with API and P2P interfaces
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of ServiceNow
