Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans and schedules
Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from start to finish
Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progress
Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, specifications
Qualification
Required
Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree Required
Excellent working knowledge of construction procedures
Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
Knowledgeable at reading plans, shop drawings and specifications
Excellent math and computer skills
Ability to effectively communicate with workers and trades
Knowledge of MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore. HCSS Heavy Bid or B2W
Valid Idaho License
