Vice President of Sales – Automotive
NorthITE is a company focused on providing outstanding solutions for Tier 1 automotive suppliers. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead growth by driving new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Drive new and existing business with Tier 1 automotive suppliers
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Lead pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
Identify new markets and customer-specific solutions
Maintain knowledge of automotive programs and sourcing cycles
Represent the company at customer and industry meetings
Lead and support a small sales team
Qualification
Required
Tier 1 automotive: 10 years (Required)
Die-Cut & Converter Product: 8 years (Required)
10+ years of automotive Tier 1 or converter sales experience
Strong Tier 1 supplier relationships
Proven negotiation and pricing expertise
Ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally
Bachelor's degree required
