Providing quality customer service

Recommending products and material to our customer to achieve their project needs
Follows operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time service
Follows policies in the areas of operations techniques, materials usage
Performs other related duties as assigned

Stock checks
Stocking and labeling
Signage
Store upkeep
Making orders
Warehouse (receiving and stocking)
Qualification
Required
Effective and relevant work experience in lawn and garden center industry or equivalent
honest and hard working
Must be able to work long hours (seasonal overtime available) in all types of weather conditions
Must be able to pass a drug test (safety sensitive position)
Authorization to work in the United States
Providing quality customer service

Ability to follow directions as well as work independently to achieve goals and complete assigned tasks
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
Forklift experience (will train and in-house Certify for 18+ years of age)
