Support new hire onboarding and ongoing employee training
Develop and maintain training plans, skills matrices, and training records
Drive cross-training and certification efforts
Train employees on standardized work and TPM methodology
Develop training materials and support continuous improvement initiatives
Coach employees and support training audits and dashboards
Qualification
Required
Experience in Training & Development within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of TPM, standardized work, and continuous improvement
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
