Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with casino operators, understanding their needs and how our technology solutions can meet those needs
Act as a bridge between clients and our technical pre-sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact through to solution implementation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the casino industry, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and customer needs
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our technology solutions to a range of stakeholders, including technical staff and executive decision-makers
Negotiate contracts and close agreements while ensuring clients' satisfaction
Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, ensuring outstanding customer service
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on sales strategies and product improvements based on customer feedback
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes that may impact our business or our clients

Required

Proven experience in sales, specifically within the casino gaming industry
Strong understanding of the casino operations and the technology needs of casino operators

Ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships with clients and internal teams alike
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
