Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain Information Technology systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet business requirements
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Information Technology systems, networks, and software to ensure reliable and efficient operations
Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and optimization to enhance the performance and scalability of Information Technology systems
Test and evaluate Information Technology solutions, perform quality assurance checks, and ensure compliance with technical standards
Provide technical support, assistance, and training to end-users, Information Technology teams, and stakeholders as needed
Stay current on Information Technology trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Document system configurations, technical specifications, and implementation procedures for Information Technology solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, specifications, and project scope for Information Technology solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and project managers, to deliver integrated Information Technology solutions
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience
2+ years of relevant experience
This is not a supervisory position
This position does not have any financial responsibilities

This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card)
This position will not travel
This position requires security clearance
This position requires US Citizenship
Successful candidate must be able to pass a background check
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience
Experience with implementing and troubleshooting datacenter components (e.g. UPS, PDU's, Symmetra, networking, IP cameras)
Experience with logging and monitoring (e.g. Nagios)
Experience with project management lifecycle
Experience with IT asset management lifecycle and products (e.g. SnipeIT, Device42, Asset Panda)
Experience with task and workflow management (e.g. Jira, Trello)
