InternPermian Resources is offering internship opportunities to college students to help their career development while advancing the objectives of the company. The Legal Intern will review and draft agreements, assist legal counsel, and engage in various activities to enhance their learning experience.

Responsibilities
Review and draft a variety of agreements, including midstream oil and gas matters
Assist the legal counsel in analyzing and summarizing legal documents
Research various laws from an analytical viewpoint
Apply and communicate findings as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution
Pursuing a Law degree
Expected graduation: Spring of 2028 or later
Available for internship start mid-late May 2026
A minimum of 12 continuous weeks' availability for internship
Preferred
A minimum cumulative and major GPA of a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Lower GPAs in the applicant's field of study may be considered if extenuating circumstances apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance driven, team-oriented environment
