As a Field Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and develop skills through meaningful projects that drive the business, while being immersed in the Otis culture of collaboration and support.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in Field Operations
Broaden your field supervision, operations, communication, and business acumen skills
Work on progressively challenging projects that support growth in various lines of business—servicing existing elevators and escalators, installing new elevators and escalators, and modernizing elevators
Collaborate in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
Manage multiple simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Required

Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree (preferably in construction management, and related fields)
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Preferred

Prior field operations or construction internship experience is a plus
