Responsibilities
Serve as the operational leader and primary business liaison for 3-4 hospital sites
Manage a team of 12-15 biomedical technicians and imaging engineers while overseeing a $4-6M budget
Execute the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP)
Ensure regulatory compliance including Joint Commission inspections
Build strong relationships with hospital executives
Attend operational meetings and resolve business issues proactively
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across your sites
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of clinical engineering management experience in a hospital setting (not depot or warehouse environments)
Proven ability to lead teams of 12+ direct reports
Experience managing budgets in the $4-10M range
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Availability to be on-site five days per week
Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related technical field
Preferred
Technical certifications such as CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE
