Sales Director, Digital Oncology Education & AI Products
SurvivorNet is the country’s leading platform for trusted cancer information, and they are seeking a Sales Director to lead revenue across their oncology medical education and AI-driven products. This role involves building relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, selling medical education and HCP-focused programs, and ensuring the delivery of their offerings.

Responsibilities
Sell medical education, HCP-focused programs, and AI-driven oncology products to pharma and biotech clients
Build direct relationships with brand, medical, and agency decision-makers
Develop thoughtful, consultative proposals grounded in client needs—not templates
Lead conversations around new products and evolving AI capabilities
Forecast and manage revenue with discipline and transparency
Work closely with internal editorial, product, medical, and operations teams to ensure programs deliver
Push SurvivorNet forward by identifying smarter ways to package, price, and position our offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5–10+ years of digital pharmaceutical sales experience
Experience selling medical education, HCP marketing, or healthcare media
A history of closing complex deals and growing accounts over time
Strong existing relationships with biopharma marketers and/or healthcare agencies
Comfort working independently with real ownership over results
Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex products simply
Preferred
10+ years in digital or healthcare media sales
DTC experience
Experience selling proprietary platforms, data products, or emerging technology
