Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new telehealth partnerships through targeted research, networking, industry events, and digital outreach. Engage telehealth providers ranging from state-specific practices to large national organizations, taking pride in representing MediVera with professionalism, respect, and integrity at every touchpoint
Own the end-to-end lead nurturing process by promptly following up on inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, and maintaining an organized pipeline within HubSpot. Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach strategies that demonstrate respect for each provider’s unique needs while embracing a growth mindset in building long-term relationships
Position MediVera as a trusted telehealth fulfillment partner by clearly articulating the value of our customized compounding solutions, regulatory excellence (USP 795/797/800), operational reliability, and nationwide shipping capabilities. Work your hardest to deliver solutions that create mutual value and long-term success for both MediVera and our partners
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with MediVera’s growth objectives. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations to meet or exceed revenue targets, displaying positive team spirit and accountability throughout the sales process
Stay informed on evolving telehealth trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to refine outreach strategies, identify new opportunities, and continuously improve performance, embracing a growth mindset and adaptability in a rapidly changing industry
Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with existing telehealth clients by ensuring high satisfaction, consistent communication, and proactive problem-solving. Identify opportunities to expand services while taking pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
Track and report key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue impact. Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, pharmacy, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution, demonstrating respect for all and a commitment to team success
Represent MediVera at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings as needed (up to 10% travel)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in pharmaceuticals, compounding, telehealth, or healthcare services. Telehealth experience a plus!
Proven success in generating and closing B2B leads, with a track record of meeting sales quotas
Familiarity with telehealth ecosystems, including providers, platforms, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines for compounding)
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop targeted approaches
Charismatic and persuasive, with a consultative sales style focused on solving client pain points
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom), and basic data analysis
Understanding of compounding pharmacy operations and telehealth fulfillment is a plus
