Responsibilities
Preparation of necessary internal documents for project set up
Preparation of subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, rfi’s, logs, change orders, etc for project execution
Preparation and coordination of project billings for clients while working with our accounting team
Site visits to understand the scope of work, evaluate progress of team, and learn from firsthand experience
Working with our operations team to coordinate equipment, manpower, sub-contractors for tasks per project schedule
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
