Social Media Community Manager
Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to manage social media channels and engage with consumers. This role focuses on building authentic connections, overseeing multiple brands, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the social media experience.

Responsibilities
Interact with consumers across owned social media platforms using integrated social media management tools
Monitor social channels to identify trends, risks, and engagement opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support agile content development
Document, share, and provide guidance on social copywriting best practices within and across community management teams
Actively participate in relevant social platforms to maintain firsthand knowledge of emerging opportunities and audience behaviors
Support the development, execution, and ongoing management of social media initiatives
Contribute to the creation of FAQs, consumer responses, and social content supporting brand activations and campaigns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices, while helping socialize learnings across teams
Perform additional tasks related to community management based on evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
Proven copywriting and editing experience for social media content, consumer engagement, and risk management
1–2 years of relevant experience in social media, community management, or consumer engagement roles
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience with social media management and listening platforms (e.g., Sprinklr or similar tools) is preferred
