Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day dealership operations across Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts (scope aligned to role)
Recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber leaders and managers
Execute inventory, pricing, and digital retail strategies aligned with Mazda standards
Drive fixed operations growth and long-term customer retention
Manage performance through KPIs, scorecards, and accountability rhythms
Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Maintain full compliance with OEM, lender, and regulatory requirements
Be present, engaged, and visible on the sales floor and throughout the dealership
Qualification
Required
Proven Mazda or import-brand General Manager
Ready-now GSM with demonstrated leadership maturity and performance results
Strong operational and financial acumen (PVR, DSI, expense control, fixed ops)
Prepared, curious, decisive, and comfortable setting and enforcing standards
Low ego, high accountability leadership style
