Responsibilities
Manage Azure cloud environment and virtual machines
Oversee on-premises infrastructure (Servers, PCs, MACs, Printers)
Configure and administer Meraki Firewalls
Maintain VoIP systems and Windows Virtual Desktop environments
Manage VM clusters and ensure system high availability
Support distribution center operations, including handheld scanner systems
Assist with SQL Server management and optimization
Provide technical support with clear, user-friendly communication
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of technical support experience
Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services
Strong proficiency in VM management
Strong proficiency in Meraki Firewalls
Strong proficiency in VoIP systems
Strong proficiency in Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
Strong proficiency in distribution center technologies
Strong proficiency in SQL Server management (plus)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
Experience with end-user and desktop provisioning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
