Responsibilities
Create and execute production schedules to align with customer needs and organizational goals
Coordinate closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries
Oversee production workflow to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, enhancing throughput and efficiency
Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished products
Develop and apply inventory control processes to minimize shortages, waste, and overstock
Conduct routine cycle counts and resolve any variances
Use production and inventory data to refine forecasting and operational accuracy
Generate key performance reports on inventory turnover, stock status, and production timelines
Drive best practices in production and inventory control with a continuous improvement mindset
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with focus on production planning and inventory control
Familiarity with ERP/MRP platforms
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
