Responsibilities
Perform daily inventory control and reconciliation for finished goods and bulk materials
Review and verify inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy across systems
Compare data between internal systems and third-party warehouse records to confirm alignment
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances in inventory balances
Support standardization of processes and implementation of new systems or tools
Assist with inventory-related SOX controls and compliance requirements
Utilize Excel extensively for data analysis, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain accurate documentation and support process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables required)
Experience with inventory reconciliation and transactional systems; SAP or similar ERP experience preferred
Understanding of inventory flow and processes
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Familiarity with compliance and SOX controls is a plus
