Responsibilities

Configure and optimize Epic Grand Central and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) modules, including Experian integration for insurance verification
Lead and support full lifecycle implementation activities, from validation sessions through go-live
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate eligibility workflows and smooth patient registration processes
Coordinate multi-site cutovers and manage complex implementation timelines
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Experian integration, eligibility verification, and Epic workflows
Provide ongoing support and optimization post-implementation
Document workflows, configuration changes, and best practices for future reference

Required

Epic Certifications: Grand Central (GC) and RTE (mandatory)
Minimum 2 full lifecycle Epic implementations

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and hit the ground running
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination
Familiarity with cutover planning and multi-site implementation strategies
