Responsibilities
Review and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
Process PDC/Port claims from database
Produce weekly reports for QA engineering group & Exec mgmt
Produce monthly approvals for Finance, Exec mgmt & QA/Warranty group
Correspond with suppliers for dealer and PDC/Port claim resolution
Collaborate with Development/QA engineers for part recovery
Provide lessons learned for Development/QA engineers during program kick-off
Qualification
Required
2-4 years previous experience in warranty analysis
Automotive industry required
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or specialized software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret technical documents and product specifications
Preferred
Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for warranty management is desirable
