BURKE + CO. is a private investment firm with an impressive portfolio, seeking a stellar Travel Executive Assistant to support one of the firm's partners in Palo Alto. The role involves expert coordination of all domestic and international travel, management of the executive's complex calendar, and oversight of special projects.

Responsibilities
Arrange ever-changing international & domestic travel and prepare itineraries
Expertly manage executive's complex & high-volume calendar, coordinate meetings, and confirm appointments
Manage incoming communications with a strong sense of urgency, discretion, and tactfulness
Update internal CRM system in a timely manner
Assist with the planning & execution of firm events
Collaborate cohesively with members of the administrative support team and other departments
Act as backup for other administrative team members when needed
Assist with other administrative tasks & projects, as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of administrative support experience
Experience arranging complex international & domestic corporate travel
Flexible to work outside traditional business hours when needed
Polished and professional communication style
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Impeccable attention to detail
Superior level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience working in financial services and/or consulting
Private aviation experience
Salesforce experience
