Responsibilities
Rip through a wide range of maintenance and repairs on assigned gear, rocking technical diagnostics, break/fixes, installations, removals, and customer support
Master product training, becoming a pro at servicing both color and black & white multifunction systems
Teach customers how to own their gear
Handle call activity like a boss and tackle the necessary admin tasks that come with it
Take on other tasks that are deemed essential to keep the team going
Qualification
Required
Strong electrical and mechanical skills
An internal fire and personal drive that fuels your hunger for excellence
An obsession with detail and a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction
A knack for networking
A valid driver's license
Preferred
Previous copier/printer service experience
