Troubleshooting and completing maintenance requests across multiple communities (Everett–Tukwila)
Working hands-on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and more
Turning units and performing preventative maintenance
Logging work in AppFolio and coordinating with property managers
Participating in a light on-call rotation (one weekend/month + limited evenings)
Qualification
Required
4+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience
Strong technical skills and a take-pride-in-your-work mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Comfort with mobile work order systems (AppFolio a plus)
