Responsibilities

Support a co-branded credit card product team within the banking domain
Define, deliver, and launch new product features in a scaled agile environment
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including design, data, business, and engineering teams
Gather and define requirements, and manage product backlogs in tools like JIRA and Confluence
Mentor and guide junior product team members, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met

Required

Banking industry experience (required)
Proven Product Management experience, including requirements gathering, writing and managing requirements in JIRA, and driving cross-functional collaboration
Experience working in a scaled Agile delivery environment
Experience leading or mentoring small teams (1–3 people) and reviewing/quality-controlling their work

Preferred

Strong preference for candidates with experience in Credit Cards or Co-Branded Cards
