Performing data entry and updating the invoice database
Conducting research and compiling reports for presentations
Conducting other duties as assigned
Printing, filing, reviewing and editing contract documents
Maintaining contract files in accordance with procedures
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret security clearance required
SCI Eligibility
5 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
AA/AS and 5+ years of experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing to convey information clearly and concisely
Apply critical thinking skills
Attention to detail to minimize clerical errors and mistakes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Independently manage tasks and responsibilities
