Responsibilities
Accurately process payroll on a recurring schedule
Update and maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, and employee changes
Address employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies
Ensure all payroll activities follow federal, state, and local regulations
Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related projects
Support ADP system configuration, optimization, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator role or similar function
Proficiency with ADP payroll systems (setup/implementation experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Effective communication and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Hands-on experience with ADP
Strong understanding of payroll compliance
Preferred
Experience with ADP system setup or implementation
