Responsibilities
Help individuals and families understand their insurance options and choose coverage that truly fits their needs
Build and manage your own book of business with long-term relationships in mind
Serve clients with professionalism, consistency, and integrity

Continue developing your skills as a professional and future leader
Qualification
Required
Active state insurance license (Life & Health) or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Coachable and open to training and feedback
Organized, reliable, and results-driven
Preferred
Prior sales or insurance experience preferred, but not required
