Responsibilities
Organize instructors and aides to inspire kids ages 9-14
Supervising instructors in teaching Junior Guards everything they need to know to be confident, competent, and safe in the water
Leading in overseeing a safe environment
Understanding the rules of the program
Maintaining control of the participants
Helping facilitate the overall positive experience of youth participating in programs
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at time of hire
Possess a valid driver's license for this position to be able to drive emergency vehicles for beach rescues
Have a High School Diploma
Knowledge of Junior Guard programs is required and needed to coordinate the program
Individuals must have a competency in working with children ages 9-14
Individuals must have current USLA and Title 22 First Aid/CPR Qualifications
