Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Anaplan Analyst to support Finance during the conversion from Oracle to SAP. This role will focus on reengineering the data hub, improving integrations, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing model structure and logic across multiple planning models.

Responsibilities

Build SAP hierarchies and supporting Anaplan objects (modules, actions, lists)
Map and migrate data sources from Oracle to SAP
Re-architect model structures and improve integrations
Perform data staging, validation, and reconciliation
Optimize logic, reduce redundancy, and improve model performance
Build dashboards, security logic, and support new company integrations
Identify and resolve data and logic issues without disrupting live planning cycles

Required

Experience as an Anaplan Analyst
Experience supporting Finance during system conversions
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems
Ability to build SAP hierarchies and supporting Anaplan objects (modules, actions, lists)

Skills in re-architecting model structures and improving integrations
Experience in data staging, validation, and reconciliation
Ability to optimize logic, reduce redundancy, and improve model performance
Experience in building dashboards and security logic
