Responsibilities
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content to meet internal and external needs
Capture and edit photography for events, campaigns, client profiles, and publications
Produce TV, radio, and digital commercials, in collaboration with external partners when needed
Maintain an organized media library and manage production equipment
Collaborate with marketing and communications team to align creative assets with campaign objectives
Ensure all multimedia content reflects organizational brand standards and accessibility best practices
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of professional video production and photography experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals
Demonstrated experience with lighting, sound, and camera operation
Experience producing content for both broadcast and digital platforms
Minimum age of 21 depending on program and / or department requirements
Must meet and maintain background screening requirements for all Damar Programs as detailed in policy 1.HR.02 Pre-Employment and Employee Background Checks
Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar's insurance carrier
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and physical required
