Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews for approximately 250 candidates per month
Manage complex calendars across recruiters, interviewers, and candidates in multiple time zones
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Partner closely with recruiters to support hiring workflows and timelines
Maintain accurate candidate records and scheduling activity in the ATS
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting operations role
Proven experience supporting high-volume interview scheduling
Experience working in large technology organizations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator at a startup
Comfortable working in fast-growing, ambiguous environments
Experience using Ashby ATS
Exposure to technical or product-focused hiring
